Unfortunately, we made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s annual Chase Foundation golf tournament due to the COVID-19 crisis. The golf tournament is our primary annual fundraiser. In order to maintain our support of the Chase Child Life Programs at UCLA Mattel Children’s Hospital and Providence Tarzana Medical Center, we need your help!
